Being a gym enthusiast, I always strive to keep myself fit as a fiddle. This habit has inspired me to gain extensive knowledge about health and diet, and I never skip any health-related article, whether on social media or in magazines. Today, I would like to talk about an article I read on the internet a couple of months ago.

I remember browsing Facebook when an article caught my attention, specifically because of its eye-catching title, “Health is Wealth.” Without hesitation, I clicked on it and found that it was written by an eminent health expert. The article discussed various aspects of health and offered valuable tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The article began by emphasizing the importance of our daily meals, especially breakfast. It highlighted the need to include essential nutrients like vitamins, protein, and fiber. The writer also provided remedies for weight loss through appropriate exercises. I was surprised to learn how much water we should drink each day, and although I had read about it before, the article provided details on how to consume water according to one’s weight and height. While I had followed many health tips in the past, this article strengthened my resolve to follow a stricter routine.

Despite the positive aspects, the writer also pointed out the harmful effects of consuming fast food, skipping meals, and having inadequate sleep, all of which are essential for the body to function optimally. As for why I read the article, I can say it was because I had encountered health issues a few years ago due to my unhealthy routine. Thanks to articles like this, I have seen many improvements in my health.

The article impressed me more than I expected. After reading it, I made sure to never skip a meal, especially breakfast. I even joined a gym and yoga classes to further enhance my health. I believe the article’s purpose was to raise awareness about unhealthy living.

In addition to physical well-being, the article also highlighted the importance of mental health. In today’s fast-paced world, people often feel stressed and restless.

In the end, I felt that it was a really informative article, so I shared it with a few close friends and family members, hoping they could benefit from the valuable knowledge about well-being and body requirements. Overall, it was an article about health that I found quite interesting.

Follow-ups

1. Do you think people are healthier now than in the past?
Well, to some extent, yes. Thanks to advancements in medical science and better hygiene, people live longer nowadays. However, due to sedentary lifestyles and junk food, many suffer from lifestyle diseases. For instance, obesity and diabetes are far more common today than a few decades ago.
2. How can you tell whether a website is reliable or not?
To be honest, it’s important to check a few things. First of all, reliable websites usually end with domains like .gov or .edu and provide sources or citations. Moreover, if the content is free from spelling errors and is updated regularly, it’s more likely to be trustworthy. For example, news from BBC or National Geographic is usually accurate.
3. What activities can schools organize for children to keep fit?
In my opinion, schools can play a key role. They could organize regular physical education classes, yoga sessions, or inter-school sports competitions. Besides that, fun activities like dance or obstacle races can keep kids active. For example, my school held a weekly fitness Friday which we all looked forward to.
4. What can governments do to improve people’s health?
I believe governments can take several steps. To begin with, they can launch awareness campaigns about healthy eating and exercise. In addition, building more parks and fitness centers can encourage physical activity. For instance, in my city, a new walking track led to more people going out for morning walks.
